The GRANT INFORMATION & RESOURCE CENTER provides information packets that contain grant applications, other funding source applications and important information that most people don't know about. The non-profit and small business grant packets both contain sample grant proposals already written that show the reader exactly how the proposal should read. Funding packets are available for:

In addition to the products described above, what follows is a list and brief description of the services provided by the GRANT INFORMATION & RESOURCE CENTER.
- Articles of Incorporation or LLC Preparation - we will prepare your state organizing document no matter what state you are in. South Carolina residents can receive their certificate within 48 hours. LLC paperwork is also completed by our office and filed with the Secretary of State. $150
- Business Plan Preparation - the GIRC assists small businesses in their organizational set-up through the writing of their company business plan. These plans not only aid the company in obtaining funding for start-up or expansion but act as a road map for the ownership of the business to follow in terms of growth and the direction of the company. $500 (PS. ask about our Business Plan/Website Package)
- Bylaws - we'll create your organizational bylaws and insure that they are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws that govern the operation of a non-profit. $50
- 501c3 Preparation - we will complete all paperwork associated with obtaining your 501c3 exemption letter, such as the application, your state Articles of Incorporation, itemized budget table and all other applicable explanations. $600 (filing fees are the responsibility of the client)
- Grant Proposal - the GRANT INFORMATION & RESOURCE CENTER has over fifteen years of grant writing expertise at your disposal... and our writers are certified. We know and understand the principles that must be adhered to in the grant writing process and we use that expertise to access funding for your organization. Prices will vary according to the program and available information. However, the minimum fee charged is $1500 for organizations with program plans, $3,000 and up for organizations without written program plans. (Call to order this service)
- 501c3 Reinstatement - for those agencies that have had their federal tax-exempt status revoked, we will work with the IRS to have your 501c3 status renewed without having to re-apply and submit the filing fee of $850 dollars. Agencies seeking this service please contact us at (843) 637-3498.
